Sophia Rodriguez

Associate Marriage Therapist

English

Sophia is a passionate therapist with extensive experience working with children, teens, young adults and families navigating anxiety, interpersonal relationships, grief and life transitions. In working with her she offers the space for therapy to be a place where you feel seen, heard, and reminded that you don't have to navigate life alone.

One of the things she values most about being a therapist is holding hope for her clients when they are struggling to find it for themselves. Approaching her work with the belief that hope is not ignoring but rather believing that where you are today does not have to determine where you will be tomorrow. She hopes that through your work together , you can find greater clarity, connection, resilience, and a renewed sense of hope for your life and what's to come.

As a former college athlete, she brings her lived experience in specializing support for youth and college athletes. She understands the pressures that can come with competition, academics, relationships, expectations, and trying to figure out who you are beyond what you accomplish. She enjoys helping young athletes navigate confidence, performance pressure, transitions, setbacks, and the many emotions that can come with their athletic journey.
